Kercher murder: Knox, Sollecito acquittals overturned

This article shows you how difficult the court rules. In this article , mainly 3 persons are dealled. One is Meredith Kercher, another one is Amanda Knox and the other one is  Raffaele Sollecito. In 2007 Kercher is killed at her apartment in Perugia. Police find her a day later. After that, police have searched and arrest Kercher’s US housemate Knox and Knox ‘s ex-boyfriend Solleccito. They are once ruled to be in prisons for 25 years by the court in Italy. However, in 2011 they acquitted because DNA tests were faulty and that no murder motive was provided. . It was a surprising news and became “ fake ” innocent. Then, in 2013 the court examined whether there had been procedural irregularities, rather than looking at the details of the case, and it will announce the reasons for its ruling within 90 days. Giving judgments is difficult and it is important for us to keep both the quickness and deepness of research of police. The another thing we can learn from this article is the problem of a false charge. If victims are innocent, they would suffer from discrimination from the society and have possibility of losing their social positions. Our society have to think about it.

  1. A false charge should not be occured.
We also have to think about the media because information including "not true things" are spreading by media.
